Murrieta husband pleads not guilty to police officer wife homicide Video included

The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office filed a murder charge Friday against a Murrieta man accused of killing his wife, who was an Escondido police officer. Freddy Perez-Rodas is charged with one count each of murder and arson, and there also is a sentencing enhancement of personal use of a firearm. If convicted as currently charged, he could face up to 50 years to life in prison. More>>
