KUSI NEWS is happy to welcome Mike Castellucci back home to our station! Mike jokes that he has been doing nothing for the last ten years, but that’s far from the truth. While away, Mike first worked at KCBS in Los Angeles as “Our Man Mike.” He did a feature segment that ended the 5pm newscast daily. Then, Mike moved to WFAA in Dallas, Texas where he did the morning show for 3 years and then for the last few years, recorded feature segments.

Mike says the best work he has done brings the spotlight to ordinary people with interesting stories. And of course, he believes that those stories must to be told with good humor. While he was gone, Mike missed his closest friends from San Diego and KUSI NEWS. His fondest memories revolve around the great people who worked here. He’s also excited to be back in San Diego for the fish tacos that were missing in Dallas. Welcome home, Mike!
