Classics 4 Kids presents concerts for families, educating children on the ABC’s of Musical Literacy. Children will become familiar with the instruments of the orchestra, learn how music is made, and how music comes together in all sorts of ways. For the month of November Classics 4 Kids presents “Rhythm, Rhyme, and Ragtime! Join musicians of the Classics Philharmonic and guests from Malashock Dance as they explore the rhythms and movements of ragtime and jazz of classic musicians Scott Joplin and Igor Stravinsky to name a few. This interactive and entertaining concert is sure to delight music lovers of all ages!
