Healthy Eating Tip
Did you know it takes about twenty minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that it's full? KUSI's David Davis has these helpful tips to avoid overeating!
Remember to slow down when you eat. Swallow your food one bite at a time and put your fork down as you are chewing. Waiting at least five minutes before getting seconds can also help you avoid eating too much. Eating slower can help you stay healthier, feel better and enjoy your food much more!
