Wednesday, March 26, 2008 - Relatives of several tenants called KUSI's Michael Turko about a big problem at a condo conversion project. Turko says poor management and bad maintenance have left some of those tenants stuck indoors for months at a time.

What we have here is a building with a long history and a checkered past. It was once offices, then apartments, then condos. Now most of the people who live there are renters. They're getting a really raw deal from the homeowners association, and apparently the condo owners just couldn't care less. It ain't right!
