Monday, April 7, 2008 - Neighbors on a quiet street called KUSI's Michael Turko about a bully on their block. They told Turko the bully is a powerful state agency.
Neighbors have known for years that the extension of Highway 52 would go right past the end of their street, it's been in the planning stages for years. But they say the latest move by CalTrans took them completely by surprise. CalTrans is supposed to be in charge of making traffic improvements to boost highway safety, but in this case they've created a real danger zone! |
