Tuesday, April 8, 2008 - County Court officials are investigating an old court case brought to their attention by KUSI's Michael Turko. Turko says it began when a Grandmother and Grand-Daughter won a judgment in the South Bay Small Claims Court 13 years ago.

They went to court years ago seeking justice, and supposedly they got it. They won their case, and got awarded damages. But the little girl who was injured was too young to handle money. So the court system was supposed to hold it for her. Now no one can find it. It ain't right!
