Wednesday, April 16, 2008 - A man who is bed ridden called KUSI's Michael Turko when he ran into a bureaucratic road-block. Turko says he's trying to get a picture ID from the state, which ought to be a pretty simple task.

Here's another case where a big state agency is falling down on the job with no explanation. The DMV issues picture IDs to adults who don't drive. They're supposed to have a special program for people with disabilities, but now that program has been disabled by an equipment breakdown. So they're sending out picture IDs with no picture! It ain't right!
