Tuesday, May 6, 2008 - KUSI's Michael Turko recently got a new tip on a contractor he exposed last December. Turko says another victim has come forward, claiming he was cheated and left with a house in shambles.

If this case sounds familiar, there's a good reason for that. We've already become acquainted with the contractor who was supposed to do the work. Here's another homeowner who says he left the job half finished, demanded more money, and then walked away...leaving them holding the bag!
