Little League Snack Shack Back On Track

Tuesday, January 13, 2009 - KUSI's Michael Turko has a major break-through tonight, on a little league snack shack project that went terribly wrong. Turko says the snack shack was supposed to be rebuilt with county money last year, but the money disappeared.
Kearney Mesa Little League insiders blew the whistle last summer. Their former president and his wife took a forty five thousand dollar grant from the county to rebuild the snack shack, but couldn't account for the money and never got the job done. The league was left with an unfinished and unusable shell. It took months to put this deal together. But now the snack shack is finally back on track!
