No power at all!
The prop "s" bond program is just beginning, and the controversy's are already erupting. This one started when the oversight committee tackled a school board sacred cow, a union sponsored plan to control all construction work on the two billion dollar program. The school boards lawyer fired back with a memo that tells the citizens committee they really have no power at all!
