At Long Last!
Thursday, May 15, 2009 - KUSI's Michael Turko called it "the worst pothole minefield" in the City of San Diego. That was when Turko opened this file just over a month ago. Tonight, he reports, the problem has been solved.
Thousands of Marine recruits and their families had to run a pothole obstacle course just to get to the Marine Corps Recruiting Depot. Retired Marines tell me it's been a problem since the nineteen eighties! But until I opened a file on the case, nothing got done. Now that problem is history, at long last! |
