Most people agree that pedi-cabs add their own charm to the downtown experience. But they also agree that something needs to be done to keep unscrupulous operators from running wild and endangering downtown visitors. The city's cracked down on pedi-cabs before, and now they're about to do it again. Insiders say its time to rein in some of these fly by night operators who are simply out of control! |
