Out Of Order Elevator, It Ain't Right!
Thursday, May 28, 2009 - Several residents of an apartment complex called KUSI's Michael Turko after being stranded in their homes. They tell Turko they're stuck in a four story building without a working elevator.
When you sign a lease for an apartment you're supposed to get what you paid for when you moved in. You pay your rent, and the complex owners are supposed to keep things in working order. But that's not happening here... and it's leaving a lot of tenants with disabilities in a real jam. They live on the upper floors at a big complex, and say their elevator hasn't worked for over a month. It ain't right! |
