Also, we've shown you how pedicab drivers are under fire on all fronts, accused of reckless driving, over charging, and aggressive solicitation of passengers. Now they're under fire for how the act at the port district. Soliciting passengers from cruise ships, while taxis and shuttles are only allowed to hold up signs and hope for the best. |
