Directly To Jail!
Monday, June 8, 2009 - Several East County residents called KUSI's Michael Turko about survey crews working on SDG&E's Sunrise Power Link. Turko says they're accusing San Diego Gas and Electric of using heavy handed tactics to force their way onto private property.
A lot of back country residents are against the Sunrise Power Link, especially if it crosses their land. Now some of them say they're being intimidated by SDG&E survey crews. Here's a guy who says he tried to keep them off his own property, but had to give in when they threatened to have him arrested, hauled off and taken directly to jail! |
