Tuesday, June 9, 2009 - A North County couple tells KUSI's Michael Turko they signed a contract with their mortgage company to save their home. But Turko says the mortgage company apparently ignored that, and sold the house at auction to someone else.

Like many couples these days, they were living on the edge and facing foreclosure. But they thought they had a deal with their mortgage company to save their home. It turns out GMAC mortgage didn't honor that deal. Instead they took their home and left them with next to nothing.
