A Fun Fundraiser For Autism & New Plans For Pedi-Cabs
Thursday, June 11, 2009 - KUSI's Michael Turko goes to bat once again, for a special program that he had to help out of a jam, back in 2007. Turko takes us back for another visit to a school that's beating the odds on autism.
One out of every one hundred and fifty kids are now diagnosed with autism. It's one of the most difficult conditions to treat, but a lot of local kids are making real progress at a special school. I've been keeping tabs on them for two years, and we all need to pitch in to keep this program going. Wanna help out and have some fun too? Now's your chance. |
