South Bay Expressway
For the past several years the south bay expressway has been trying to convince people it's worth paying to take a toll road shortcut to Otay Mesa.
Now they've started charging a minimum of seven bucks a month just to get a transponder account. Toll roads in other parts of the state already do that, but not around here. and a lot of drivers say its just plain insulting! |
