Parents Disgusted Over Bogus Basketball League
Thursday, September 17, 2009 - When their kids basketball program turned out to be a huge disappointment, parents called KUSI's Michael Turko. They paid more than five hundred dollars each, but they tell Turko the program was a bad joke.
What we have here is a youth basketball program that promises a competitive sports experience for kids from eight to eighteen. But parents tell me there were no competitions, the kids weren't even organized into real teams. They say the whole deal is just a money making scheme that left the kids disillusioned, and the parents just plain disgusted! |
