Wounded Marine's Family Gets Shafted!
Monday, November 23, 2009 - The family of a marine pilot severely injured in Afghanistan called KUSI's Michael Turko for help. They tell Turko he rented an expensive beach house for a week-long getaway. Now he can't use it, and they can't get his money back.
He's thirty one years old and he's served his country his entire adult life. Right now he's in the hospital recovering from massive injuries that almost took his life. So his family tried to cancel a one week vacation rental he'd set up in advance in Encinitas. But the rental agency refused to give them a refund...It ain't right! |
