Thursday, September 13, 2007 -- KUSI's Michael Turko is in the business of solving problems for our viewers, so it really bothers him when he doesn't get the job done. Now, Turko revisits a file he opened back in May, a case that's seen more than its share of major setbacks.

Here's a case that Turko thought he had solved four months ago, but it didn't turn out that way. Instead, things went from bad to worse. A woman who got ripped off by an unlicensed contractor still has no roof and now she has no husband to help her get by.
