There's a dangerous new trend among teens -- selling and swapping prescription drugs.

It's called "pharming", and Dr. Clark Smith of Sharp Vista Pacifica joined "Inside San Diego" to discuss the topic.

He pointed out which drugs teens are abusing most and how parents can spot trouble early.
