Want to give your legs a more lengthy appearance? Fitness Expert Cindy Whitmarsh joined "Inside San Diego", along with Charger Cheerleader Lindsay Rizzo, to show us some toning exercises.

Among the moves to get your legs looking strong and sexy: squat thrusts, jumping squats, squat and forward kicks, forward lunges, curtsy lunges, side lunge and lift, standing calf raise, and bent-over glute raises.
