But what do you do if you feel you are being abused or sabotaged by your boss or supervisor? Dr. Gina Simmons of Schneider Family Services joined "Inside San Diego" with expert tips to confront the problem and maintain workplace dignity. She says, first find a way to manage your stress. Second, identify the specific behavior that disturbs you. Third, be assertive, not aggressive. Don't ignore the bullying behavior. Tell your boss his or her behavior is not acceptable.
