Cindy says the best exercises to reduce cellulite are: 1. Walking lunges with plyo jumps 2. Around the world lunges 3. Squat jumps 4. Clean and jerks 5. Push up and clap 6. Plank Some of her nutrition tips include: 1. Drink 80 to 128 ounces of water a day 2. Eliminate white foods 3. Cut sodium to less than 600-800 milligrams a day 4. No carbonated drinks 5.
