Judge Overturns Murder Conviction
Saturday, December 1, 2007 - A woman convicted of poisoning her marine husband will get a new trial.
Last January, Cynthia Sommer was found guilty in the death of Sergeant Todd Sommer. Friday, a judge ruled that Sommer's previous attorney made a series of errors while handling her case.
