Problems Sweep Across Local Mobile Home Parks
This is not a good time to live in a mobile home park. Earlier this week, we told you about a park in San Diego where residents were being forced out by high rent increases. Now, in Chula Vista, there's a different situation but the same result.
Residents of the Jade Bay Mobile Home Lodge are being evicted because the owner says the park is going bankrupt. Most of the residents there are low income or seniors on fixed incomes. They're not only scared, they're suspicious. For the full story, click the video icon above. |
