New Website For Military Men & Women
Saturday, April 28, 2007 -- It's an interactive site, modeled after My Space and You-Tube involving a partnership between the Navy and two San Diego civilians.
The two have devoted their lives to recognizing the importance of the military and their families. Letters, e-mails and videos are nice, but they're hardly instantaneous, especially if the service member is in a remote or sensitive location. On Yellow Ribbon, service people can create their own page. and there will be plenty of military and civilian news on the website. What about live streaming? Especially for someone whose been injured and wants to show family members he or she's okay. For more on the story, click on the video icon above. |
