Scott Silverman was recently named the CNN "Here of the Week" for his selfless actions throughout San Diego county. As the founder of an agency called "Second Chance," he's been able to take thousands of homeless people off the streets and into work. Scott was in-studio to talk about his new book, "Tell Me No, I Dare You."
