New City Council President Ben Hueso
By a vote of 6-to-2, City Councilman Ben Hueso was elected City Council President over Councilwoman Donna Frye. Hueso replaces former president Scott Peters, who left office last week due to term limits. Mr. Hueso joined us in-studio to talk about his new position.
