Michelle Renee was held hostage and forced to rob a Vista bank.

This morning she told viewers her story of survival and crime aftermath.

Her book, "Held Hostage", documents the crime, and the post-traumatic stress that crime victims experience. Her message: You can recover and come out a better person.
