Kids had their only chance to be noisy in the library today. The Carlsbad Library and Arts Foundations celebrated its 10th Anniversary by building a mini-golf course inside the Carlsbad City Library. Lena Lewis was there all morning to bring awareness to the programs provided by the foundation.
