SDH/G Chefs Hall of Fame: Trey Foshee

We continue to celebrate the inaugural class of local chefs being inducted into the San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles Chefs Hall of Fame. Magazine publisher Mark McKinnon and KUSI's Joe Lizura were at George's at the Cove restaurant in La Jolla to congratulate Chef Trey Foshee on his induction. Chef Foshee showed us how to make a "sexy" brussel sprout salad that would be perfect for Thanksgiving.

Naked Brussel Sprout Salad

2 Cups Shaved Brussel Sprouts
½ Cup Toasted Walnuts
1 Thinly Sliced Apple
½ Lemon Sliced into Wedges
1/8 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mix Well

Add grated Ricotta - Salata Cheese On Top
