Americans accused of trafficking Haitian children
10 members of an Idaho based Baptist Church are being held in Haiti and are accused of child trafficking. 5 men and 5 women were stopped at the Dominican Republic border with 33 Haitian children, they said that they were on a rescue mission to help children who have been effected by the disaster.
The volunteers did not have the required documents for the children to leave Haiti and were promptly detained. The Haitian Prime Minister says, for now, this is considered a kidnapping case.
