Helen Woodward Animal Center: The Helen Woodward Animal Center brought in Lucy. She is a 2 month old Labrador Retriever/Shepherd mix. Latino Film Festival: In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Media Arts Center and Otay Ranch Town Center bring you the best of shot and feature family films from Mexico. Ethan Van Thillo from Media Arts Center joined us to talk about "Que Via! Cine Mexicano." The event features free films for all ages.
