More people are being diagnosed with bipolar disorder than ever before. Muffy Walker is the President of the California Bipolar Foundation. She joined us, along with Dr. John Kelso, with details on this weekend's Mental Health Fair hosted by the YMCA in Encinitas.
The fair is scheduled for Saturday, May 3rd, from 10a-2p.
