16th & Market Housing Project Set to Open

Officials will mark the opening of Father Joe's Villages "16th and Market" housing project in downtown San Diego with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday. The East Village high-rise will provide affordable and workforce housing for 136 families.
