On Thursday, April 27th Consciously Social Events will host the first annual Jeans For Justice fashion show highlighting 35 local artists and fashion designers in an unprecedented runway show and auction. Chip and Pepper, this year's jean sponsor, has donated a pair of jeans to each of these talented designers as a medium to use in creating a one of-a-kind piece of wearable art or couture outfit. Each ensemble will be auctioned off during the show to help support the Jeans For Justice mission: To unite the San Diego community through art, fashion, and philanthropy to raise awareness for Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
On Wednesday, April 26th, style guy Leonard Simpson stopped by with a preview of some of the art pieces.
