Space X Falcon 9 rocket launch delayed due to high winds

The Space X Falcon 9 rocket launch was set to take off just after 6:00 A.M. this morning from Vandenburg Air Force Base.

Unfortunately, the launch was cancelled ten minutes prior due to high altitude winds. Space X CEO, Elon Musk tweeted the following after the decision to delay the launch was made.

If wind conditions permit, the rocket will launch Thursday morning, at 6:17 A.M.
