If you are having a problem it's not always a good idea to keep your feelings bottled up inside. KUSI's Michael Turko has some great advice on how you can deal with problems and hopefully solve them.

- One great tip is to talk to someone about what is bothering you – a friend, a teacher, your parents or even your brothers or sisters can help you look at your problemin a different way. Maybe they can help you figure it out and even find a solution.

- You're not alone, so don't be afraid to speak up and say what's on your mind.
