Tuesday, October 31, 2011 - Neighbors called KUSI's Michael Turko about a city of San Diego street project that suddenly materialized in front of their homes. Turko says it's supposed to solve traffic problems, but it looks like it's creating new one's instead.
We hear a lot these days about traffic calming devices. That's what the city says we're dealing with here, a brand new approach to slowing down cars on a busy residential street. But the people who live on that street are outraged, and they tell me this city project is just plain nuts.
