Tuesday, October 1, 2011 - They asked KUSI's Michael Turko to warn renters about a local company that they say isn't playing fair. Turko says that company charges a fee up-front to provide rental listings that you get for free.
What we have here is an outfit that claims to be a credit reporting and consulting service, one that specializes in helping people find places to rent. But after fifty-one complaints, the Better Business Bureau gives them a grade of D, one step from the bottom. And customers tell me they paid big fees to Pacific Coast Credit, and they got nothing!
