Thursday, November 4, 2011 - A marine family called KUSI's Michael Turko when they got no satisfaction at a car repair shop. Turko says the shop kept promising to fix their mistakes, and then making more of them.
He recently retired from the Marine Corps, now he's trying to make a new life for his family. But he tells me they ran into a huge roadblock when his wife took the family car in for repairs, he says the work dragged on for over a month. The mechanics kept making mistakes that damaged the car even more, and the work had to be re-done over and over.
