Thursday, November 17, 2011 - When KUSI's Michael Turko opened this file, he was determined to get a tough problem solved by Thanksgiving. Tonight Turko says that goal is within reach, and a local woman should have a real kitchen just in time for the holiday.
This is one of those stories that restores you faith in humanity, a boost we all need from time to time. After my first report about a woman who lived without a kitchen for four months, half a dozen local contractors volunteered to make things right at their own expense. I want to thank each and every one of them and introduce you to a new local company that prides itself on making a difference!
