Tuesday, January 10, 2012 - An east county man called KUSI's Michael Turko after a consignment deal on a travel trailer ran off the road. Turko says a local RV dealer apparently sold that trailer last summer, but never turned over the money.
He says he feels like his travel trailer was stolen, hooked up and hauled away. That's not exactly the case, at least not legally. According to the law it's a contract dispute with a local RV dealer. But look at it from the customer's perspective, he says the dealer got the money, someone he never met got the trailer, and he got nothing!
