Tuesday, January 17, 2011 - KUSI's Michael Turko got really aggravated about this case, after he was lied to by one of the worst homeowners associations he's ever encountered. Turko says it's a case left over from last year that should have been taken care of long ago.
This case actually started before Thanksgiving when a homeowners association tried to repair a sewer leak under this guys floor. They dug a big hole in his living room but never finished the work. And believe it or not, two months later it's still not fixed. We had to get professional help from a big hearted Turko Files fan because no matter how you slice it, this whole deal just plain stinks!
