Monday, February 13, 2011 - An east county man called KUSI's Michael Turko after a contractor tore up his yard. Turko says he's been trying to get them to repair the damage since last fall.
Here's a guy who was just trying to be a good neighbor when a construction outfit needed to use his yard to attack a neighborhood problem. He says he put up with the mess, the congestion, and the aggravation for weeks. But four months later the damage to his driveway still isn't fixed, and what repairs were made are literally falling apart!
