People ask me why I don't like HOA's. It's because they're often petty, domineering, and determined to interfere in homeowners lives for no good reason. This case illustrates that perfectly, a mother trying to keep her one year old baby from falling down the stairs, but her HOA says her baby gate is against the rules!
