Now Turko says an outspoken local attorney is calling for a federal criminal investigation of the commission's practices.
It's not often that you see a former Assistant U.S. Attorney calling for an investigation of a powerful state agency. But that's exactly what's happening here. In the past he's investigated racketeering and fraud for the United States Senate in Washington D.C. Now he's turned his sights on California's Public Utilities Commission, and he says it's time to bring in the Feds!
